    Hi from Minnesota

    Hello! Just Joined and am excited. Right now I have a Weber Gold gas grill and a Lyfe Tyme charcoal grill.
    Will be hopefully picking up a Pit Barrel smoker soon.

    I started smoking stuff about a year ago after I ran across a You tube guy named Malcolm Reed.
    He does a great job of explaining things. check him out if you get a chance.

    I look forward to talking with and learning from you all.

                            Since you’re new, and if you haven't already done so, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.
