Hello Amazingribs.com people. I am a fairly new subscriber and first time poster. My name is Doug and I live in Missoula Montana with my family. I have really learned a lot from this website and the forums. I have a few different smokers at my disposal, but my favorite is a CharBroil offset. I have modified it to a reverse flow and propane. I also have a MasterForge gas vertical smoker and I have used our gas BBQ grill to smoke on as well. I am working on building a new smoker for a foray into competition BBQ and becoming a BBQ vendor here in Missoula. I look forward to learning form the best in the business here on this forum.

Take the train, get a sleeper car. It is an amazing trip. I remember playing cards with my Dad in our car while the gorgeous scenery ripped by at 70 MPH. But it's Big Sky country so it looks like your just creeping along. It is a great way to see the country. JCBBQ
