So I've finally done it and joined up after exploiting the website for a while.
I'm an Australian who lives in Barcelona, Spain (its a long story of how/ why I'm here). I've got a smokey mountain smoker that is used all year round. I'm involved in a informal social BBQ competition with some friends here. I've even managed to give some of my local friends their first ever taste of slow cooked pulled pork and beef brisket, which has been amazing to watch their minds try and get around the awesome taste. I also make all my own sauces, including some based on recipes from my grandma.
Supplies, meat cuts and BBQing is a little different here. I actually have a massive problem with the Brisket cut that I get here and will need to post to get some help (It was actually the problem that made me finally sign up).
