Hey everyone!

I'm Dan, an oil and gas office guy in Calgary Alberta Canada. I've been wanting to join the Pit for awhile now and figured this is as good as time as any.

Last year my amazing wife got me a Weber Performer for my birthday which totally started this new BBQ obsession of mine. I hate getting up in the morning for work but i have absolutely no problem getting up at 4am to throw a pork shoulder on.

I just got a Slow 'n Sear which i will be trying out for the first time this weekend. Going to be cooking up some beef ribs (which is also a first for me) but it should be good.
