    Hello from tropical NE Ohio.

    I have finally joined!!!! Well actually, my amazingwife .com joined for me as an anniversary gift. So after a few years of using this site religiously I can now use it legitimately. I have been smoking for probably a decade. I started off on a brinkman bullet which I modified a bit. Then a few years ago I convinced my wife I needed a 18.5 WSM. I currently use the WSM a Weber kettle and Weber gasser. I have recently been on a beef back rib kick but I did a brisket and pork butt this weekend with great results (thanks to all of you here.) So I guess that's about it. To sum it all up.... I like food.

      Huntington Beach welcomes you and your amazingly smart wife.. I see you met Mr. Bones already. Just pulled a butt of the Kettle myself. Funny this, we are all full. Oh well. Did you get a SnS yet? You will love it! Peace out Ohio.
