Hi everyone and Happy 4th! Wish I would have known about your awesome site back in the day when I had my first smoker, my loyal Smokin' Tex...she finally went belly up so now I'm on to a pellet grill...brisket went in at 5:30 this morning, so we'll see how she does! Looking forward to my continuing ed in smokin' and grillin'!
