I've been a member for a little while but thought it was time to say "hi".. I've learned a lot from this site and have even pimped out my WSM using the suggestions from you all. I have a 22" WSM and use the Stoker ll along with all the Cajun Bandit upgrades. The upgrades have taken a lot of the guess work out of cooking. Along with the Thermal Works probes and sealing the air leaks, my end product has improved considerably. Cooking a brisket and turkey breast for the 4th Wish me luck...
