Love this site, I'm 38 and thought I knew what I was doing until I stumbled upon AmazingRibs.com. It's my most trusted resource now, so how could I not have joined? I love the myth buster approach, even though I was probably guilty of every myth. I'm glad to be set straight. As for my equipment I have a large gas smoker cabinet from Bass Pro, a small charcoal barrel smoker (not 55g, maybe 20g? I really only use it to hang a couple of tri-tips), and a classic style Webber that I just finished using for dinner.
Annually for the 4th I smoke two pork shoulders in the gas smoker. This year I'm thinking about injecting to see if I cant get it a lil more juicy.
