    Hello from Massachusetts

Been reading AmazingRibs for a while now and decided to support the site! I'm a total BBQ n00b -- when it comes to making it, not eating it! -- but have started trying it this year. I have 2 beef brisket in my 14" WSM right now, fingers crossed on how that goes.

FireMan , fret not.. A Noob has to be read more phonetically (?). Like New-Bee. Consider it a 2 syllable word.

( I won't tell you how long I went not knowing what noob was)
