Hello From Missouri

I have followed this site for a few years and decided to join this year. I have been grilling, smoking for a number of years. I have a pit barrel cooker, a smoking brothers pellet grill, big steel keg, and hoping to add either a offset smoker or a cabinet style smoker in the near future. Probably going to be asking alot of questions about which cooker would be the best. This site has been a very good source of information for me.
