Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. Welcome to The Pit R2rusmc! Thanks for your support here. I agree, home grown veggies are wonderful. Personally I find the simple joys of a perfectly ripe tomato to be unmatched....unless it's with homegrown basil and some natural mozzarella and olive oil.

I get down to Wooster 3-4 times per month. Have you been to Omahomabobs BBQ joint right downtown...not too bad. The wings are good and they have Head Country as their house sauce...worth the try!!
