Hey everyone, I'm new to the pit but have been getting tips and inspiration from this site for a few years now. I'm currently living in Durham, North Carolina, but have spent time in Nashville, TN and am originally from Mississippi. I've got two grills that I really love using; a Portable Kitchen that I do burgers, steaks, veggies, and other short cooks on and a Pit Barrel Cooker I use for smoking/slow roasting and for chicken, because it always comes out so freaking juicy no matter what.
I don't post much, but since you all have been so helpful in my culinary adventures I thought I'd say hi. Keep up the good stuff!
