Howdy Everyone. First time on here and looking forward to all the great info. We've own our Large and Mini-Max Big Green Eggs since Nov/Dec 2016, respectively, and have never opened the Gas Grill since. We cook on them about 3 times a week, everything from pizza to brisket and smoked olives to blueberry buckles!
