Hello from Peoria
Been watching this site for a couple of years. Bought too many books before that...everything I now learn comes from Amazing. By day I'm the CEO of an regional EMS System. Also a proud Clemson fan. Started with an electric box, then a BGE, and my buddy Derrick and I recently commandeered a Meat Monster for the crews at the office. I love to smoke meats to feed others. Tomorrow we plug a couple of nice briskest for the first time...hang on!Tags: None
