Hello All,

I've been a subscriber for a few years and decided to join the Pitmaster Club. I'm a backyard pitmaster but I also have an interest in competition bbq. But at the end of any cook, my goal is to simply create succulent barbecue that my family and friends enjoy and that is what keeps my home fires burnin'. I've learned a lot from these pages and I hope to learn a lot more! I will be making the rounds at KCBS events in the southeast region and I hope to meet some of you along the way. Until then, may your chuckwagons be bountiful!
