Hi everyone! I've been a big fan and devoted reader of AmazingRibs.com for many years now! I don't know what took me so long to join the pit, but I'm glad to be here now!

I live in Newfoundland, Canada (the eastern-most point in North America), which is not a very popular barbecue destination - but I still manage to throw down a few times a week.

I have 3 Weber Kettles in my arsenal as well as a Weber Q gasser and a Pit Barrel Cooker.
