    Hello from Nairobi, Kenya!

Moved here late last year and had been regretting leaving behind my trusty WSM. Just got a new 22" Weber kettle grill and Slow n' Sear shipped in and am breaking it in today with a pork shoulder smoke. We're still looking for good beef here and am learning about all the different (British-style) cuts, but the pork is not bad. Looking forward to making my own American-style bacon which the embassy store imports and sells for $10-30 a pound! Thanks for all the great tips, I look forward to learning more from everyone here!

Welcome to fun and learning. You'll make great BBQ with that combination. If you can, post pictures. We love pictures.
