    New member from So. Cal.

    Joined (2) days ago, been meaning to for awhile. Currently using a Traeger grill that I have had for about 12 years, back when they were made in the US. Hoping to improve on all meats but particularly Ribs, Brisket as well as Tri-Tip, which I have not tried yet. Decided it was time to truly educate myself and take my grilling to a higher level. I believe this is the place to be to achieve that goal.
