    Hello from Tennessee!

    Thanks to fuzzydaddy via his wife for telling me about this website. I'm back to grilling more so I'm looking for good ideas. However, I'm allergic to red meat so I'm focused more on anything that flies or swims. I'll still grill red meat for the misses but we generally stick to chicken, turkey, and fish.

    I've purchased a Weber Master-Touch Charcoal 22 inch grill. I also have the sear grate, poultry roaster, and griddle that can be used with the grill.

            Welcome to the fun and learning. Don't worry too much about MCS. You probably won't want a Slow-n-Sear to produce amazing chicken for at least the first day or two…

            But, Mr. Bones and David Parrish might provide some great inspiration for your Weber kettle!
