    Hi, New Orleans transplant to Dubai for last 6 years... in my quest to retain American "normalcy" my love for meat has become an obsession

    Meathead got me through the stall so i just had to join. Loving it so far and look forward to more hints and tips as i expand my repertoire.

                    nope. just have to find the "secret" button at the grocery store to open the frosted glass door that says "non muslims only"

                    it's not american pork... its organic kenyan pork. shoulders, baby backs and belly are tasty but not as meaty as some good southern hogs.

                          i have been looking for a camel brisket for the last few years with no luck... although i did get a nice "rump" and make some pulled hump.

                            i did try to cook without fire last summer when it hit 140... was not successful
