I've been reading the website off and on for the last year, all very informative, so I decided it was time to join! All I can say is WOW! I got my first smoker about 6yrs ago, just a small electric plug and go one. Loved the food so much, a year later upgraded to a Pit Barrel and never looked back. Will enjoy getting more info from the members now that I am one too.

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks.
