Hello,

I have been using this web site for a number of years and finally decided it was time to join this club. I hope to expand my techniques. I enjoy traditional BBQ and innovative grilling. I have been cooking over fire for 30+ years. I am not a pitmaster but I am on a journey to "do the best I can".

I currently use the following equipment:

Weber 22" kettle grill
Weber 18" kettle grill
Weber 12" kettle grill
PK grill (50+ years old, scored for $75)
Meadow Creek PR36 - versatile multi-purpose
Meadow Creek BBQ26 - flip top grill
Viking 30 - gas grill
Substantial cast iron cookware and cooking setup (cooking table, fire pit with pot hangers, tripod stands)

I am interested in learning grilling and BBQ techniques and skills from others, good conversations, outdoor cooking in general.
