My name is Mike and I live in SE Georgia. I am an avid photographer and cook. I am also retired so I get to enjoy my photography and cooking a lot more. I have been cooking on Weber grills and smokers for the past 10 years or so. I also own a Blaz'n Grillworks Grid Iron pellet grill, a charbroil SRG, a Pit Barrel Cooker, 2 WSM's, Jumbo Joe and lots of accessories. My grills and smokers have been gathering dust since I purchased the Slow n Sear and Drip n Griddle for my Weber 22" kettle. I cook at least 3 or 4 times a week on the Weber. I am here to increase my knowledge on cooking and maybe pass on some of the ideas that work for me. I also belong to another BBQ forum and am very active with the Adrenaline BBQ Facebook group.
