Hello from smoggy Bakersfield CA.
I found this place while searching for bacon cure recipies online.
I rebuild transmissions for a living, but for fun I like to fish, hike and cook food, not necessarily in that order. I have a webber genisis gas grill and a treager pellet grill/smoker.

Welcome to the Pit!
I almost worked in a transmission shop during one of my unemployed aviation tech times. Understandably, I would be just doing removals and installs until a position opened up in the back room where the rebuilds were done. Ended up moving to Virginia for an aviation job which turned out very good for us.
