New to the forum, not so much at makin' meat

First off, I love this site. I'm a former UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter crewchief, hence the name. I love smokin', grillin' and cookin' in general. Also, Harleys and anything gun/archery related. I got out of the Army in '99 and have been stuck in Clarksville, TN ever since. I grew up in Florida so I miss the beach and deep sea fishing. Right now I'm in the process of modifying my Char-Broil electric smoker into a cold smoker. Pictures will follow.
