Hello from the great state of Iowa. I've been cooking outdoors for years and am getting more and more into the low and slow / smoking process. Unfortunately this has also caused an increase in garage space dedicated to different cookers. Currently I have a Weber genesis and a smokey mountain, a pellet cooker is calling my name. Thanks for all of the education.
