    Greetings!

    This is Ken G from Music City.

    My well meaning family bought me a Masterbilt Electric Smokehouse for Christmas a few years back. After multiple failed cooks, I rid myself of that device and bought a 22.5" Weber Performer Series. Added an Adreleline BBQ Smoke n Sear along with their Drip Pan and shazam, I got a decent smoker when I want it, because I grill more than smoke. Now the Judge says my Last Meal Ribs are better than the restaurants. Brisket is my next challenge.
