Hello, I'm rnixon from Columbia, SC. I have been making BBQ for a long time, I am amazed at what I still have to learn. I belong to both the South Carolina Barbecue Association and the Southern Barbecue Network. I get to judge competitions all over the state. I have a cheap stick burner with many modifications that I learned to cook with wood and charcoal. I also have a Pellet grill that has made my life easier .
