Hey. I have followed this site for around a yearish, give or take. I am proud to say I have grilled outside in January in Minnesota. No easy feat. But that's what separates us from the warm weather folks I guess. I am pretty new to the whole smoking thing, but having good results so far, and well, yeah I have been bitten by the bug. Working up techniques, and recipes has been a lot of fun, and this site has been a boon for ideas. Grill on my friends!
