Wanted to introduce myself... I am David, from central Kentucky (Thoroughbred and Bourbon capital). I am easing in to retirement from the practice of Radiology. Although I feel I am still new to grilling/smoking, I have been cooking on a Green Egg for about 1 1/2 years and have loved it! Looking forward to learning all I can and this seems like the perfect place. I'm expanding my horizons and will be taking delivery on a Yoder YS640 soon. Thanks for all the great information.
