Hi all,
Long-time reader, just joined the Pitmaster Club a few days ago. This site has become my go-to for everything cooked outdoors and has probably changed my life! I'm about an hour west of Toronto, Ontario, Canada so I've been grilling and smoking all winter long. Let me tell you how much I'm wanting warmer weather now!
I've been grilling with charcoal for about 7 years but have really gotten into smoking over the past 2 or so. I can't get enough, even my motorcycle is neglected now with me having to tend to the pit all day long on weekends!
My fleet includes: Weber Smokey Joe Gold, Weber 22.5" OTS, Weber 22.5" Performer Premium, Hasty-Bake Legacy 131, and a Pit Barrel Cooker. I've got too many Weber accessories including a Griddle-Q, an Arteflame grill insert, etc. etc.
Ribs are by far my favourite cook, but brisket is a close second. Thankfully it's becoming easier to find brisket around here nowadays.
I look forward to absorbing as much knowledge as I can from this forum!
