My name is Eric and I'm a photographer from Mooresville, Indiana (south west of Indy). I have been smokin ion a Traeger Junior for about 4 years and have enjoyed the results. I am looking to upgrade to a Blazin Grill Works Gridiron, the junior is getting to be a bit small. I travel a lot and eat a lot of BBQ all around the country and last year my coworkers and I started a facebook page about the BBQ we enjoyd and didn't enjoy it's called three little pigs bbq tour. I have been watching this site for a while and decided to joint about a month ago. I have learned a little, this is my first ribs since becoming a member. My wife said they were by far the best i had ever done. Thanks for all the great tips and advice.
