Just want to introduce myself, joined some time ago and never did get around to typing the introduction most likely got lost searching out some recipes. I'm from way up north to most of you here up in Kamloops B.C. Canada, and let me tell you smoking when it's -10C is tuff work but I've managed to do it currently cooking on the Weber Smokey Mountain and, usually never for less than 6 people at a time. I like to use the saying " don't eat till you're full... Eat to you feel guilty"
