    Hi there,

    this is Bas from holland, I'm a 33 year old bbq fan. Was looking for more insight in the chemistry of grilling and bbq. So I ended up with Meatheads book and I love it. Hope to learn a lot from other members and exchange good recipes and new ways to cook my favorite meats. 🐷🐷🐷
