    Greetings from the OC

    Hi all,

    Properly got into BBQ a few months ago with my Weber kettle, even picked up a slow n' sear for Christmas. Hope to learn lots and impress my buddies with some excellent grub.

    Welcome to The Pit James. You are off to a good start with a Kettle and an SnS. Try a chuck roast smoked low and slow like a pork butt if you want to impress your buds.
