New member and glad to be here. I was fortunate to be able to retire a few years ago at 56 so I now have the time to do the things l really enjoy such as playing golf, fishing and of course grilling/smoking. I have a Broilmaster gas grill, MES 40 smoker and just recently purchased a Camp Chef pellet smoker. I'm hoping to do my first smoke on the Camp Chef this weekend. I've already found a lot of interesting opinions on various topics that I'm sure will come in handy from time to time. Once again I'm glad to be a part of this group and looking forward to a lot of good conversation.
