    Glad to be here

    I'm Paul from Roseburg. I've been known to wear a kilt whenever I get the chance. I got started cooking when I retired, and my wife, who was still working decided I should be the cook. I also cook for our Order of the Arrow lodge (part of Boy Scouts) A couple years ago, I was drafted to be the head cook. I've also been the main cook in our hunting camps. I think most of my formal training has been with a beer in my hand while I watched the cooking channel.

        No idea where Roseburg is but welcome from frigid Ohio. You will probably stop watching the cooking shows now, not enough time being reading everything on here
