    Wando52 from Louisiana

    Hello, I'm an intermediate griller and smoker and have enjoyed the amazingribs.com website for quite sometime. I look forward to learning and sharing more in The Pit.

    My Weber Kettle is my current Cooker of choice, but I have a gas grill for when I don't have as much time. I also have a Brinkman Bullet Smoker I like to use when I need more space or can't stand by my grill all day. I want to upgrade to the Weber Charcoal Summit in the near future!

    My favorites to cook are brisket and pork ribs (usually spare), I have been experimenting with Pork Butts and pulled pork and like the results so far. I also like so smoke chickens and turkey from time to time.

        for a long time I thought it meant Los Angeles. It wasn't until maybe a year ago I read your story of growing up in Louisiana that I realized it was *that* LA!
