Am a 67 year old male living in Liverpool, NY. Inexperiencedwith smoking but recently purchaseda Big Green Egg. Have smoked chicken using apple wood but the women of the house did not like the smoke flavor. It was not overly strong they just did not like it. Tasted real good to me. Any suggestings ?

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks.
