New Years greetings Girls and Guys!
Looking to learn a bunch here... I have been a regular here for over a year but just now ready to branch out and get serious!
Loving My PBC and a replacement Webber Kettle (old one was 25-30 i think). Moving into thermometers with a Thermapop and ThermoPen. Rarely a week goes by without a couple of cookers going for one reason or another.
