Hi Y'all from Central Texas!

I joined the pit crew this week. I've been smoking for about 4 years. I started out with a pathetic little Walmart cabinet, and loved smoking so much, when it bit the dust (in a big way) I upgraded (in a big way) to a Pitmaker Short Sniper. I use Thermoworks digital thermometers. So far I smoke turkeys, prime rib, brisket, ham, pork, peppers, hamburgers. I'm always looking to expand, so I made Meathead's pastrami "Copy Katz" from scratch corned beef this week. It was awesome! I love sharing the bounty with others. I take requests as a challenge. I am privileged to be in this company of great minds who love to cook!
