    Roger Castle

    My name is Roger Castle. I love BBQ and am from Liberty Hill, Texas. I travel with my job as a QA/QC Supervisor and never leave home without a smoker and a Weber kettle. I love to learn new techniques, and refine my recipes and ideas. I also make my own BBQ sauce that's popular amongst family and friends.
