months. Built my outdoor grill last spring. Asked my wife to buy me the Meathead book for Fathers Day. Read it cover to cover over the past few months and just got around to joining the Pit today. Also, made a very decent Ribeye Roast for Christmas Eve dinner. My mom said it was the best she's ever had and my wife said better than Ruth's Chris. Reverse sear, of course.
