months. Built my outdoor grill last spring. Asked my wife to buy me the Meathead book for Fathers Day. Read it cover to cover over the past few months and just got around to joining the Pit today. Also, made a very decent Ribeye Roast for Christmas Eve dinner. My mom said it was the best she's ever had and my wife said better than Ruth's Chris. Reverse sear, of course. Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
