    My name is Chef Greg and I am very interested in grill cooking. I will be starting my BBQ catering business by April of 2017. I am reading the science of great barbecue and grilling and I have learn so much "Meathead". Looking forward to meeting other Chefs who also enjoy grilling

        BBQ catering would be lots of fun. You've come to the right place to obtain valuable information about BBQ and how to keep it fresh during the delivery process. There are other Pit members in the BBQ catering business. Hopefully they will offer you some help, guidance.

        I'm a backyard cook, not a Chef. But I'm a pretty good cook, so says my friends and family. None of them have died yet from my food anyway. We look forward to seeing your stuff, your cookers and your food. Pictures are encouraged.đź‘Ť
