    Howdy!

    I joined after lurking a few months because the price is far more than fair for the value. My local newspaper costs far more and delivers far less.

    After 5yrs of setting up and promoting wild game dinners, and too many more to count grilling and smoking, I want to try to get into some competition events in both capacities - cook and promote. My first competition will be at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo in January, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I'm here for information, meet folks with the same passions, and learn as much as possible while I hone my skills.
