I am retired USAF Combat Rescue and recently moved from Las Vegas (last duty station) to Reno for my new job as a conductor for Union Pacific Railroad. I've been smokin' and grilling for over 15 years now and this site has opened my eyes when it comes to the science aspect of amazing BBQ and meat in general.
