I've been a regular visitor to Amazing Ribs for several years now. And I've learned a lot from this site. Which is why I decided to become a paid member. Good work needs to be supported!
Personal Stuff: I live and work in the Great Lakes State. But my heart is in South Dakota where I spend several weeks per year at my Secret Hideout in the Black Hills. I'm 53 years YOUNG and have been married for almost 30 years now. I love to ride Custom Motorcycles, Hunt, Fish, and Cook Outdoors! I'm an award winning Homebrewer currently serving as President of my local club. I consider myself to be competent in the arts of outdoor cooking, grilling and smoking meat. But certainly not accomplished. I'm here to learn! My tools of choice have always been Weber Grills. I currently own 3 of them. But I'm planning to add a dedicated smoker to my arsenal. And I've got my eye on the Smoke Vault 24 by Camp Chef. Can't wait to get started!
