Hello everyone! I really do appreciate this site and everyone who contributes. I have learned so many great things here. I found the site last year and tried the Ultimate turkey, which is what sold me on this site. It just doesn't get any better than the Ultimate turkey. I'll be smoking another one this year in my Weber Kettle. I travel all over the United States for work so I get to try Q from all different parts, and nothing matches the techniques and recipes found here. Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks.
