Well, gotta go rub up some ribs. Tomorrow is supposed to be a sunny and 80 degree Saturday, and you just cannot let a day like that go by here in Michigan! Got a couple good cigars, a case of Founders Red Rye IPA, and 4 racks of babybacks and a few turkey legs I'll be throwing on the WSM. Chilling on the patio and smoking some bbq in the sun - my idea of a great time! Happy weekend to all!

Yup - another Michigan boy here! Bought a WSM 22.5 last summer, and have been having a blast with it ever since. Most of what I have tried has been from this website, and I have never been steered wrong following its advice, techniques, and recipes. Looking forward to some enlightening discussions as I endeavor to increase my bbq education. Might even enter a competition or two some day - looks like fun on TV!
