Frank here from Chicago. Glad to join such a great forum. Have been grilling on my weber genesis gas grill for several years. Love it. Decided I wanted a weekend grill, so I got a weber kettle this summer. Been getting to know her a little more after each time cooking. Looking forward to pushing her a little bit to smoke some meat before having to get a smoker.

Cogratulations on Your Weber Kettle! Now get a S 'n S (Slow and Sear) for it! Also you will want an Instant Read Thermometer and a good leave in Dual Probe (2 or More) for Grill and Cook Temps! I recommend a Maverick 732 or 733! You will be on your way to GOOD BBQ!
